My son loves it and I love the idea of being able to communicate with him. The calling feature works great but the texting is AWFUL!! It'll take 30-45 minutes to get a text from him or for him to get mine. Ridiculous. I'm about to take it back and just get him a regular phone!

nor a very merry Christmas when it's impossible to activate thru the app with iPhone. What is the point even the tech support person on Verizon said she couldn't get hers to activate that she had bought her daughter. What am i supposed to do with it now?
Pretty much like all the other complaints. We had them all as well. But with this new mandatory update we had to do with the app. It just got worse. Before if you were a listed contact. You could text the gizmo watch through your phones SMS text messenger. Now you can only send aND receive through the app. This will be joining the flip phones in the bottom drawer
